For 20 years I have been at the forefront of technical support in the stove industry, initially with Euroheat and latterly at ABGO. I have unsurpassed knowledge of the EFEL, Nestor Martin, Franco Belge, RIKA and Hwam stoves.
Oil burning stoves have been a speciality of mine and I have talked many engineers through sorting out stove problems over the phone and there is probably no one left in the industry who knows them as well as I do.
Throughout this period I have been servicing these stoves and know all the ways of maintaining them to offer you their best performance.

Fred Lee has serviced our Harmony Gravity Feed Oil Stove for well over five years now and we really wouldn’t entertain anyone else doing this for us. He clearly knows his job inside out and his years of experience show.
